Aeta announces new services for the Olympic Games

With the Olympic and Paralympic Games on the horizon, Aeta has launched a range of services designed to ensure maximum support for broadcasters during this iconic sporting event. These services aim to assist customers in case of unforeseen events and ensure the smooth running of transmissions.

Firstly, AETA is offering an installation service for any AETA product on site by one of its technicians. This is to ensure that the installation is optimal according to the surrounding conditions.

To meet the varied needs of broadcasters during the event, the company is also offering three support contract options that will allow customers to call a technical support hot line throughout July, August and into September.

The Bronze contract includes telephone assistance with the possibility of taking control of a device during office hours; the Silver contract comes with an extended time slot from 8am to 10pm; while the Gold contract benefits from an operational hotline even on weekends.

Aeta is also offering an insurance/product support service for customers wishing to guarantee the connection during the Olympic Games. This insurance, per product, consists of the on-site replacement of the defective equipment with an identical product, allowing users to overcome a possible defect during critical moments. This service will only be available to customers who have subscribed to one of the above support contracts.

In anticipation of the increased demand during the Olympic Games, Aeta will also increase its rental fleet to meet the needs of broadcasters. This will ensure maximum availability of the equipment needed to cover the event in the best conditions.
