NAB 2023: Cinedeck integrates with IPV and Editshare

Cinedeck has announced technical partner integrations with EditShare and IPV.

New Edit While Capture functionality is the latest joint feature from Cinedeck and EditShare. Integrated with Avid Media Composer, it includes timeline auto-refresh and combines Cinedeck’s ingest solutions with EditShare’s Flow and EFS.

The Cinedeck and EditShare technology partnership enables media organisations to operate efficient, end-to-end, centralised workflows that can be accessed from anywhere, bringing MAM capabilities and collaborative storage to the Cinedeck portfolio.

Cinedeck has integrated with IPV, including live proxy streaming when recording ISOs at ingest. Now media can be checked straight into IPV with the requisite metadata included. IPV’s streaming proxies are frame-accurate and high-quality, facilitating both cloud and remote workflows, without the need for heavy downloads or extensive uploads, making media access instantaneous.

IPV Curator’s media asset management facilitates logging and editing using live growing files, as well as robust archive management and AI-enhanced search.
