NAB 2023: Telos Alliance partners with Ip-Studio to launch Studio Zero

Telos Alliance is set to highlight several of its virtual products and solutions in partnership with Ip-Studio’s presentation of its cloud-based Studio Zero at NAB 2023.

“The concept of Studio Zero is to create a studio where all of the components that are traditionally hardware devices – everything from the automation and playout system to the console, intercom and phone system to the audio processing and delivery of a composite signal to the transmitter – are cloud-based software solutions instead,” said Jérôme Gahery, Ip-Studio owner and president.

In this joint initiative, the Ip-Studio Powered by Telos Alliance will highlight the newly announced Axia Altus virtual mixing console, controlled by Ip-tablet, Telos Infinity VIP virtual intercom platform, Telos VXs virtual VoIP phone system controlled by Ip-screener, and Omnia Enterprise 9s virtual audio processing software with uMPX.

“The definition of what constitutes a studio is rapidly changing. The need to support a divergent remote workforce has accelerated the move to a pure cloud-based environment,” said Cam Eicher, SVP of worldwide sales for Telos Alliance. “But the really exciting part about Studio Zero is seeing how our colleagues at Ip-Studio have integrated our virtual solutions alongside theirs to create something a broadcaster can build and deploy today.”
