wTVision completes overhaul of Valencia Marathon graphics

Telefónica Broadcast Services’ coverage of last month’s Valencia Marathon was characterised by a significant visual overhaul and the introduction of new graphics designed to heighten the event’s appeal.

wTVision worked with Telefonica Broadcast Services to create a refreshed appearance with graphics that added both information and energy to the competition.

The incorporation of advanced graphics not only provided viewers with valuable insights into each individual participant’s performance against their own, course, national and world records, but also added a layer of excitement to the broadcast, making it a truly immersive spectacle.

Some 33,000 runners took part in the 2023 race. The Valencia Marathon also solidified its position as the fourth-fastest marathon globally with Sisay Lemma, winner of the men’s race, surpassing the course record and taking the title of the fourth-fastest person in marathon history.
