Mergers and acquisitions: LiveU buys French live streaming production studio developer easylive.io

LiveU has acquired easylive.io, a France-based company that develops and markets a live streaming production studio operated from a web browser.

Easylive.io’s solution allows users to mix different types of content into live stream videos and distribute them to their audience as interactive live experiences. It includes tools for editing, mixing and streaming.
