Commented Meterian: “We have renewed our membership with SVG Europe as it aligns with Panasonic’s business strategy of closely aligning with production partners in sports and more widely in broadcast. As a long term partner we are pleased to continue our partnership with SVG and share its goal of advancing the creation, production and distribution of sports content.”

On what Panasonic gets out of SVG Europe membership, Meterian said: “As an important outlet for discussion and learning amongst professional sports content broadcasters, producers and editors, SVG Europe remains one of the most important communities for industry practitioners to gather information and learn about the latest technological advancements and improvements.

“SVG Europe has become a crucial discussion forum and meeting place for the European sports production community, helping to drive innovation, change management and new developments across this rapidly moving marketplace. SVG Europe is the ideal organisation for Panasonic to stay close to our major customers in this space, so we are very pleased to continue our involvement as a Gold Sponsor.”
