SAM reflects on Channel Partner launch event in Istanbul
As proof of its commitment to the Middle East, Snell Advanced Media has invested heavily in its resources in the region. After opening a brand new facility in Dubai earlier in the year, the team has been enhanced with the addition of Managing Director Naresh Subherwal and Regional Sales Heads Ibrahim Akkad (UAE, Oman, Bahrain), Sherif Shaker (Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Kuwait) and Mustafa Unsal (Turkey).
As part of the investment strategy in the region, SAM held a portfolio launch event in Istanbul in November to introduce the SAM product portfolio to channel partners. With in excess of 20 partners attending the event, it set a solid benchmark of the new channel strategy in the region.

Our partners are an important channel for promoting SAM as the go-to company for live production, infrastructure and media software solutions in the region and we are clearly gaining traction with them.
“With an exciting and extensive product roadmap ahead, we had to invest in a new go-to-market strategy for our channel business worldwide and have, for that purpose, recently appointed Vincent Eade as Head of Channel Management & Marketing at SAM to ensure a proactive and timely engagement with our channel partners and system integrators in the Middle East and globally,” continued Bacho.
