Imagine Communications has appointed Edo van der Gaag as regional sales manager for Scandinavia, The Netherlands and Luxembourg. The addition of Van der Gaag is part of Imagine Communications’ ongoing efforts to deliver focused account resources, unmatched customer service, and support the transition from traditional broadcast environments toward software-defined networks and IP infrastructures.
Van der Gaag joins the sales team for Nordic and Central Europe and will collaborate with Anders Francke, who already directs sales in Scandinavia.
Van der Gaag ran a business for the last 20 years that was focused on developing cutting edge solutions for broadcasters and content owners. He was most recently with Digital Rapids (acquired in April 2014 by Imagine Communications) where he served as director, Nordic & Central Europe.

Edo van der Gaag is a Dutch national and is based in Amsterdam.
