RT Software appoints dedicated support manager

RT Software continues to expand its resources with the appointment of a dedicated Support Manager. Nick Smith brings with him a wealth of relevant customer support expertise and understanding gained from years of experience across several software sectors.

“I have worked in product development, customer support, marketing, and alongside sales and engineering staff,” says Smith. “This has given me strong communication skills and an understanding of each party’s requirements. Core to all of these roles is customer satisfaction and success.

“I will be spending my first few weeks at RT Software getting to grips with the technology and company culture and will work hard to have a positive impact on the customer support process in the very near future.”
