In a service aimed at both broadcasters and sports professionals (team managers and coaches), RT Software (RTSW) is now able to take customers’ clips and add sophisticated high quality analysis to them. There are 101 different types of graphics that can be applied and all sports can be catered for – although the traditional stadium sports (football, baseball, rugby) are obvious candidates.
Customers ftp their clips to RTSW, instruct on the type of graphics they wish to achieve, and often on a same day turn-around service will receive broadcast quality SD and HD analysis clips.
Mike Fredriksen, commercial director at RTSW, comments: “It is a cost-effective approach for clients with one-off or small volume requirements. It can even be used [as] a try before you buy as I will credit back bureau spend on a subsequent purchase of a tOG Sports system.”
The graphics are applied to rolling VT and stay locked to the playing surface. This opens up options not only for analysis, but also virtual advertising.
