Shure joins SVG Europe as a Gold sponsor
Pro audio manufacturer Shure has joined SVG Europe as a Gold sponsor.
The company’s heritage dates back almost 100 years and it now offers a wide range of products, including wired and wireless microphones, networked audio systems and signal processors, conferencing and discussion systems, and earphones and headphones. Its Axient Digital wireless microphone system is used across the sports sector, offering clarity, flexibility and outstanding signal quality even in congested environments, while the portable version offers all this in a slot-in design.
At NAB 2023, Shure showcased its Wireless Workbench 7 (WWB7) software that puts a full suite of RF-spectrum management tools in one place, providing full command of compatible wireless devices. New with WWB7, the Scan Library lets users view recently uploaded RF scans before upcoming productions by accessing an integrated scan-library portal. Users can upload and download past scans to facilitate frequency co-ordination for their gear before going onsite.
In addition, Shure’s extensive microphone line-up covers events of all sizes, from dynamic and boundary mics to shotgun and lavalier mics, all offering premium sound quality and durability. Its MX910, MX920 and MX710, originally designed for installed sound applications, are also being utilised in sports applications, including for post-game interviews.
