UK digital media and design college Ravensbourne announces Degree Show

London-based specialist university sector college Ravensbourne – whose stated mission is to creatively apply digital technology to design and communication – is inviting SVG Europe members and readers to attend its annual Degree Show, which is set to take place over three days in mid-June.

Based in Greenwich Peninsula, Ravensbourne offers a variety of courses relevant to modern television production, including a Digital Television Production BA (Hons) and Broadcast Audio Technology BSc (Hons), among others.

The aim of the Degree Show is to showcase the diverse, specialised and exceptional work that Ravensbourne graduates produce. This year projects from more than 15 creative disciplines will be displayed during the show.

The Degree Show takes place on Wednesday 15 June (2-10pm), Thursday 16 June (1-9.30pm) and Friday 17 June (1-9.30pm). In addition, there is an industry reception to meet the Digital Television degree graduates and see their work on 15 June at 6pm in the college’s Walker Space, whilst on 17 June Ravensbourne will host an Awards Show at 7pm, during which graduates from multiple disciplines will receive special commendation for exceptional work.

Visitors can get to Ravensbourne on the Jubilee Line to North Greenwich, the Emirates Airline from Emirates Royal Docks, or the Thames Clipper from London Bridge or Embankment. If travelling from abroad the nearest airport is London City Airport; the College is also half-an-hour away from St. Pancras International, London’s Eurostar terminus.
