Broadcast Solutions acquires Hungarian company Somos Broadcast Media Zrt

Broadcast Solutions GmbH, a European system integrators, acquires Somos Broadcast Media Zrt in Hungary.

A new legal entity, Broadcast Solutions Hungary Kft has been started and the acquisition is realized by acquiring assets and transfer of all staff from Somos Broadcast Media Zrt.

The newly created company will continue the legacy operation from the present address in Hungary and be integrated into the Broadcast Solutions Group.
