Roland Hemming chairs SVGE summit at ISE

Roland Hemming from renowned London-based audio consultancy firm RH Consulting will be chairing the next SVG Europe conference, Sports Facility Integration Summit, at ISE 2015 on 12 February.

The half-day event on the morning of ISE’s last day aims to improve global understanding of how AV systems in stadiums are designed, installed and operated.

Sessions will include a discussion of the convergence between AV and IT, the role of the stadium consultant, examples of landmark stadium projects, and a closing keynote from the head of bid from EURO2020.

Roland Hemming comments: “The session tackles the subject of integration at every level; not just between different products and technologies from different manufacturers but also – and every bit as importantly – how all the different parties involved with the building and operation of stadiums interact and work with each other.

“We hope that by the end of the morning, participants will have a much clearer picture of who does what and why, and how all they all operate together, which is of course vital to the successful operation of any sports venue.”
