Sport Production Summit 2023: More speakers revealed as registration deadline looms for Amsterdam event
Time is running out to register for SVG Europe’s Sport Production Summit, sponsored by Panasonic Connect, taking place on Thursday 14 September at the De Hallen Studio’s in Amsterdam. Registration closes at 5pm on Monday 4 September.
A whole host of top-level speakers will be sharing their insights at Sport Production Summit.
Ed Barton, Research Director, and Rebecca Jackson, Marketing Lead, at Caretta Research will be revealing the latest trends in sports production tech, offering insight into how attendees can up efficiency within their operation, where key tech vendors are putting their focus, and what spending on sports tech is worthwhile and what is not.
Mark Smith, IBC Council Chair, will be speaking about what’s new at this year’s IBC, picking some highlights from the conference programme, new exhibitors not to miss and sharing his insight into this year’s Accelerator programme.
Previously announced speakers Marcel Beerthuizen, Director, Ziggo Sport; Ursula Romero, Managing Director, International Sports Broadcasting Company; and Carlo De Marchis, Founder, FACTORY63 and Strategic Advisor, Cleng and BuzzMyVideo, will be discussing the big challenges that are affecting the way sports content is captured, managed and distributed.
In addition, HBS CEO Dan Miodownik and David Shield, SVP Global Director of Engineering & Technology at IMG, will be exploring key workflows, tools and operational aspects of the Rugby World Cup 2023.
Other sessions will look at monetisation, live production, and production and technology trends.
The event will end with IMG’s Graham Fry being bestowed with the Outstanding Contribution to European Sports Broadcasting award, a segement that will include a look back at his long and successful career.
