ITV selects Imagine Communications’ Landmark Sales solution

Imagine Communications has announced that it has secured a contract with ITV to implement its flagship Landmark Sales broadcast and multimedia advertising sales solution at ITV’s central London and Manchester facilities.

As change and innovation continues across the advertising ecosystem, ITV has selected the Imagine Communications advertising sales solution to be a central component of its media sales modernisation program. Landmark Sales will enable ITV to continue to maximise opportunities across its many successful distribution platforms.

“We have had a long and collaborative relationship with Imagine and we are delighted to be able to continue this partnership as we modernise our Commercial Sales platform,” said Mark Smith, CTO, ITV.

“ITV is a market leader in the UK with outstanding brand recognition across its channels and platforms,” said Sarah Foss, vice president, product management, advertising management systems at Imagine Communications. “Our global advertising systems portfolio manages billions of dollars of advertising inventory each year and approximately five trillion advertising impressions for customers around the world. With that level of experience, coverage and performance, and a 25-year partnership with ITV, we are thrilled to continue our work with the implementation of Landmark Sales to help fully leverage the depth and breadth of channels and advertising models required for years to come.”

The Landmark Sales solution enables media companies to optimise advertising campaigns across multichannel, multimedia environments. The solution helps sellers control inventory and maximise revenue through efficient use of platforms, programming and sales efforts. The powerful campaign-led approach provides automatic spot placement for impression- , ratings- , and spot-based campaigns, as well as advanced advertising platforms such as video-on-demand ad sales for large-scale multichannel operators.
